A resident of North Port for fifteen years, Cheryl Komosa’s background in the finance industry is the perfect precursor to her career in real estate. Complementing her financial experience, she earned a degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing, and she has developed specialties in communication, planning, and training.
Cheryl worked for the City of North Port f... more.or five years doing accounting, payroll, and purchasing. She has been successfully self-employed for the last six years, where she’s made providing her clients with the best possible service a hallmark of her practice. Transferring her skills to the real estate industry, Cheryl’s attention-to-detail, integrity, and familiarity with contracts and transactions means that no stone will be left unturned as she seeks ideal solutions for her customers.
In addition to finance, Cheryl has over ten years’ experience in interior decorating and design. Her varied skill set will benefit her real estate customers whether staging or re-imagining a home, or marketing properties in print or online.
Cheryl has new goals now in her real estate career. She wants everyone to feel the amazing sense of pride and security that comes from achieving the American dream of homeownership. She will put all of her knowledge and experience to work on behalf of her customers, so they can stop renting and paying someone else's mortgage, and use that money every month for their own investment - a new home.
Born and raised in Boston, Cheryl moved to southwest Florida twenty years ago. She loves the lifestyle of North Port, where residents and families benefit from great schools, beautiful parks, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. She has two lovely daughters, Kim (24) and Hannah (17). Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, interior decorating, gardening and can be found around her house with a set of tools and a can-do spirit as she takes on each new home improvement project.
